COST OF DELIVERY

DHL PARCEL

Cost of domestic delivery of up to 30kg:

The lump-sum fee is PLN 12.90 and is added to an invoice for a given order;

Cost of domestic delivery of over 30kg:

The fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis. For that purpose, please contact our sales department (by phone or by e-mail to info@compax.pl);

Cash on delivery (COD):

The fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis. For that purpose, please contact our sales department (by phone or by e-mail to info@compax.pl);

COLLECTION IN PERSON

Goods can be collected in person at the offices of COMPAX. Details of personal collection of Goods ordered must be agreed with our sales department (by phone or by e-mail to info@compax.pl).

OTHER FORWARDERS

Subject to a prior agreement with our sales department (by phone or by e-mail to info@compax.pl), the Goods can be delivered by other couriers. In that case, the cost of transport will be defined based on a given forwarder’s transport rates.

DELIVERY DATES

Deliver dates are given only for information, unless the Customer agrees a specific delivery date with the sales department of COMPAX (by phone or e-mail at info@compax.pl).

In the case of unusual orders or temporary shortages of stock, the delivery time may be extended. In that case, the Customer will be always notified by phone or e-mail. The delivery time may be also extended during the Christmas period.
